BACKGROUND
Globeclass was created in 2013, nevertheless, the latent seed of its conception was actually planted in the mid-eighties. At that time its founder was a young college student finishing his administration studies and his first decisive professional job was the result of good fortune. Having gone to a meeting with the director of an automotive plant of the TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION company to deliver a message, ended up as a second-line assistant, not a very demanding job but suitable to simultaneously finish his studies. There, he empirically immersed as a practicing protagonist in all the revolutionary concepts of the Toyota Production System (TPS) that formed many of the principles of quality which became a business revolution in manufacturing and management. Some time later, motivated by such an unorthodox management style, he studied in detail the history, the foundations, the philosophy and the theory behind its origins, working in a productivity management consulting firm.
Today, Globeclass is directly linked to almost all areas of the business context. Planning and production, administration, finance, valuations, due diligences and other diverse disciplines and processes, do not escape its field of action based on more than three decades of accumulated interdisciplinary experience, however, its approach is biunivocally oriented to management quality and quality management; two areas whose objects are fundamentally different, but intrinsically linked. These two components, despite having proven their importance in competitiveness, have now gone unnoticed by many of the managers of some small and medium companies.
